Thank you God for AdvoCare!

I was so excited about this new product that I have been taking, that i became a distributer yesturday :) We met some of our neighbors over here in the Tri-Cities and they told us about their business selling Advocare. At first honestly we just kind of blew it off, then Tiffany invited me to what she called a mixer, at her house, I went a couple nights later to check it out. Well lets just say I was pretty skeptical, I mean there were ladies there that said they had lost a whole pant size in 1 week just doing the cleanse. And being that I am fat I have tried alot of diets and suppliments. While I was at the mixer, they offered me a Spark energy drink, I enjoyed the night and went home not making any purchases. I could feel definetly that it gave me energy, but how I could tell it really worked is that I was up all night! Now don't get me wrong, it wasn't like I was tired and couldn't get to sleep, I felt great, I was up cleaning all night :) So to make a long story short, I have taken SPARK every MORNING since, and I feel better and have more energy than I have in 10 years. You can find out more about it by going to www.presentation4women.com . Thank you God for AdvoCare!

Thank you God for those precious things our grandmothers taught us!
When I was pregnant with Katelyn, my Grandma Martha new she was a miracle, I had lost 5 babies in miscarriages and this one had made it :) When she visited she gave me a gift, she taught me to crochet. Since then I have made my children blankets and continue to crochet for friends and family. It is always a blessing to carry on traditions that your family passed on, and although my blankets don't come close to as beautiful as hers, I think she is happy that I took interest in something she enjoys as well. This is the most recent blanket I croched for Russes childhood buddy and his wife. They just had thier first Baby, A BOY!
Thank you God for My Grandma!

Well one thing is for sure, I could get used to all of this sunshine! It is beautiful this morning! I have a feeling that this is the prettiest season here in the Tri-Cities, after it sprinkles for a day, then the sun comes out, it is nice here. I have a feeling everything just turns brown in the summer though, so I am going to enjoy it while it lasts. Thank you God for Spring!

No Excuses!
My goal is to walk every day, I really should have no excuses. It is not like I have to clean a big house, I am not working right now, and I have acres of asphalt here at the resort to walk on. Now All I need is one of those fans you put around your neck that spray water for when it gets HOT! Thank you God for giving me the ambition to get moving.
Home Sweet Home
This is the RV we bought to stay on for the next few months. It is a little cozy for a family of 4 to live in, but it definetly could be worse. The Resort we are staying at is very nice, it had beautiful bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. I talso has a sand volleyball court, shuffelboard, a big pool & hot tub, and playground. There is also a pet run, and a big club house with games, couches and big TV. It's not exactly roughing it, but no matter how you look at it, it is still camping, which is hard to do full time. I am sure this experience is going to have it's moments, some wonderful, some not so wonderful. Thank you God for a beautiful facility to stay at!

Well it has been two months now that we have been in the Tri-Cities I have to say that the best part has been when we have had family & friends visit. We have been so blessed! We have had the Watts visit, the Flemings, Pastor Sean & Debbie, Nicole & amber, My mom & dad visited last week on thier way to Minnesota. Thank you God for friends & family! :)Monday, April 6, 2009

Well I haven't been blogging lately, I know, I think it is because it has been a really tough couple of months. Moving to the Tri-Cities has been the hardest thing we have ever done. It is nice here, no complaints there, it is just not home. I don't know why God has brought us here, it is very frustrating, we liked it were we were. Maybe God has some master plan, maybe we are going to share the gospel with just one person that will understand the way we share. I know all this, heard it a million times, but it is still hard. I meet everyone i see so if that is God's plan, i can hurry up and fulfill it so he can send us back home. OK so maybe it doesn't work that way, but can somebody please tell me how you move on when you don't want to, how do you meet new friends when the ones you have are the greatest. How can you find a new church when the one you left feels like the one. All I know is that every day I cry at least once. It is usually when I get off the phone with Charity, I miss her so much. Sometimes it is when I get off Facebook, chatting with my friends. sometimes it is after conforting my kids when they are crying because they miss thier friends. Most of the time it is when I think about our Church. When we left it, it felt like our family was being ripped away. I know the next few months are going to be hard, but we have already had friends make the trip over to see us, and have made many trips home. We will continue to trust God and obey his direction for us, and although we may hope his direction leads us back home, we know He only knows. So for now, Thank you God for your direction so far!

Hotel Life

Well, it has been a long week so far, we have been staying in a Hotel. We will get to move into our house around the 21st, I can't wait. Luckily we found a really nice Hotel that gave us a great rate. It has a huge indoor pool for the kids, and all the employees are really nice. Don't be surprised if you come to visit and one of my friend works at the Clarion, you know me! The Tri-Cities pro arena football team is staying here, so that is kinda cool, B-RAD was able to get autographs. Well that is about all that is new, thank you God for giving me extra patience for our two weeks in the Hotel!

Off to Pasco
Well, it is official, we are off to the Tri-Cities. Russ starts his job there on March 9th. We are sad, scared, excited & happy all at the same time. This is probably the hardest thing that we have ever done, so it is sure to make us a lot stronger. All of our friends and family have been such a wonderful source of support. Thank you God for all of our family & friends. Also thank you God that you never leave of forsake us!
